One may ask "Why do the Shriner's have a page on their website dedicated to the IKC?" Well, several of these Krewes support Egypt Shrine in our endeavors and directly help raise money for our Transportation Fund! We consider them an intregal part of our family of supporters.

There are 66 members krewes of the Inter-Krewe Coucil. "The Inter-Krewe council's (IKC for short) main purpose is to foster a spirit of cooperation and camaraderie among the member krewes and to provide a forum for information about area parades and other krewe-related activities."
